Bind type mask machine is a kind of planar masks bind welding equipment, mainly used for non-woven mask plane spiral welding, can be welding a variety of types of planar masks of bandages, mainly is suitable for the 2 layer non-woven surface non-woven masks, 3 layer masks, medical surface activated carbon masks, 4 layer mask, gas mask plane spiral welding.
Precautions for belt mask machine:
1. Loosen the horizontal adjustment screw at the bottom of the machine before handling the bandage mask machine.
2. When assembling the disassembled parts of the banding-type mask machine during packing, it shall be assembled according to the marks at the time of disassembly.
3. Put the banding-type mask machine in an appropriate position. When it needs to be fixed, please adjust the horizontal adjustment screw so that the machine reaches the horizontal state. Remove the binding line used for securing equipment.
4. Before power on the banding-type mask machine, use the ACV gear of the electricity meter. Check whether the power voltage is consistent and stable with the operating voltage of the machine (AC220V, 50/60Hz, 1phase).
5. Bandage mask machine needs to be grounded to prevent electric leakage and injury. After the power is switched on, test whether the cable and the machine are live with an electric pen to prevent leakage caused by cable damage during transportation.
6. For equipment requiring gas in banding-type mask machine, check whether the air pressure is 0.5-0.6pa before connecting the air source.
7. When inspecting or repairing the bandage mask machine, stop the machine first to prevent accidents.
8. Keep the inside and outside of the machine tidy, clean and free from sundries.
9. The moving parts of transmission parts, such as the sprocket and the chain knife wheel clamp, are in high danger zone. Please do not touch or try to adjust these areas when the machine is running, because they are likely to be injured by pressure or cut.
10. Ultrasonic vibrator has high pressure: do not touch this part by hand to avoid electric shock and scalding.
11. Cooling fan: Do not touch the fan when it is rotating.
12. Do not open the electrical box and ultrasonic system for non-professional or maintenance personnel. Lest you get electrocuted!
