According to Marc Benioff, co-founder and CEO of Salesforce, the us tech billionaire said on Monday that if everyone in the US voluntarily wore face masks, the epidemic would end soon.

“Masks are so important,” he told CNBC. If everyone in the United States wore masks, in three weeks we wouldn’t have any more coronavirus because there would be no more transmission, but the problem is people don’t want to wear masks.”

Scientific evidence shows that wearing masks appropriately can reduce the spread of respiratory viruses (including novel Coronavirus), but a Pew research Center survey found that one in three people in the U.S. do not wear masks regularly.
